What Shane's team did
The tiles were lifted and the roof refelted in breathable membrane with eave support trays and new treated 25x50 battens. Shane salvaged reclaimed tiles to replace the broken ones so the roof still matches, and finished it with dry ridge and dry verge systems.
The chimney was pointed at the same time. Three days in total.
