In May 2025 Shane's team put scaffold round a detached Farnham house and stripped its old plain tile roof back to the rafters, the ground-floor bay roof included. The old tiles were thick with moss, hips and valleys and all.
New membrane went on, then new timber battens, and the whole roof was re-tiled in new plain tiles. New soffits and gutters went in at the eaves while the scaffold was up. Every photo on this page is from that job.
