RipleyRoof replacements in GU1 and GU2
Two Guildford roofs show how Shane works. In GU2, a storm exposed a rotting first-floor roof leaking into the kitchen. He made it safe free of charge on the first visit, quoted a reasonable price and replaced it two days later.
In GU1, he replaced the underfelt and tiles, gave professional recommendations up front and kept in contact afterwards to make sure no issues came up. The photos on this page are from his Ripley new roof, just up the A3, finished in rustic red Redland 49 tiles.

Guildford roof replacement reviews
1st class service
Following a storm last week, I noticed a leak coming in to the kitchen ceiling via the first floor roof. Shane contacted me and came round within an hour of the call, it was clear the roof was rooting and needed reinforcing immediately, before I even agreed to using Shane and McDermott homes, he did a temporary fix there and then, just to help me out at no charge. He was extremely professional and explained everything throughly, he was completely transparent during his visit. He followed up with a really reasonable quote, 2 days later the job was done. Great job, highly recommend.
Roof underfelt install and tile replacement
Shane and the team were transparent from start to finish, providing professional recommendations based on experience and as much information up-front as they could. They kept a tidy job site throughout, very respectful of my property and even lent a hand with some DIY that I'd gotten stuck with. All their work was finished to a great standard and they've kept in contact to make sure no issues arose after completion. An easy recommendation for roof work or any other external work/renovations.
